The Body Image Counseling Center is a therapy practice located in Jacksonville, FL. Lori Osachy, Clinical Director
Lori Osachy, MSS, LCSW wants to live in a world free from eating disorders and body hatred. A nationally recognized authority in the treatment and prevention of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and related mental health issues, Lori has successfully counseled adults, children and families for over twenty years. She regularly lectures, teaches and is the author of numerous articles promoting eating disorders education among health care professionals and the lay population. She has been featured in several national magazines and is a regular mental health consultant for print news and television. She received her BA from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and her MSS from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Caitlin Young is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and her passion is working with individuals who suffer from eating disorders as well as people who need help developing social skills such as overcoming shyness, improving time management, cooking and meal planning. For the past 6 years, Caitlin has worked as a Behavioral Therapist for individuals with cognitive, intellectual, and behavioral disorders. Caitlin also specializes in the treatment of pediatric feeding disorders or feeding difficulties. During her free time, Caitlin enjoys speaking to others about recovery from an eating disorder. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s degree in Counseling.
Holly Pudwill, MS, RD, LD/N, CEDRD
Holly is a licensed, registered dietitian with a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Florida State University. Holly has worked in a number of specializations with patients of all ages, including eating disorder recovery, sports nutrition, and gastrointestinal disorders such as Crohns and IBS/IBD. She loves working with young children especially, and can help parents with picky eaters and feeding issues! Her work experience includes Consultant Dietitian in the Orlando area, Clinical dietitian at Florida Hospital Waterman, and Nutrition Coordinator for Nutritional Guidance, Inc.
Eleni Sheklin, LCSW
Eleni is a graduate of New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. She completed her clinical training at The New York State Psychiatric Institute on their eating disorders unit. Then began working at New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York’s #1 hospital for psychiatry. While at New York Presbyterian she served as the Social Work Advanced Clinician on their inpatient eating disorders unit. She received The Business Council of Westchester's Rising Stars Top 40 under 40 award in 2015. Eleni has developed an expertise in the treatment of eating disorders in both adolescents and adults. She has special interest in helping adolescents with eating disorders and their families. Eleni actively involves families through all stages of treatment and views them as the greatest resource and asset in helping their child recover.
